Last Saturday our brother Andrew had friends over to watch the much anticipated UFC 167 main event between Georges St-Pierre and Johhny Hendricks. Having dinner plans at Ikko Sushi beforehand left me short on time so I threw together this quick and easy Frank's RedHot Buffalo Chicken Dip. Served with Stacy's Pita Chips or carrots and celery this dip will always provide knockout results... an empty bowl :)
GNG Tip: I use one cup of rotisserie chicken instead of canned. Also, if you are making this for friends I suggest using ranch dressing and cheddar cheese instead of blue cheese dressing because not everyone is a fan of blue cheese. Incomprehensible I know!
