Barefoot Contessa's Grilled Herb Shrimp

I fell in love with Barefoot Contessa's Grilled Herb Shrimp recipe last March when we went to visit Morgan's Grandpa, Nana, and Aunt Rachel in San Diego, CA. Nana suggested that we make this quick and easy recipe after spending the day at Moonlight Beach. The marinade was so fricken flavorful, I couldn't wait to fly home and make it again. I use this recipe for make-ahead meals because there are so many ways you can serve the shrimp throughout the week.
