Twice-Baked Potatoes (Lactose Free)


Did you know that you can actually make lactose free twice-baked potatoes? You bake them just as you would normally do but instead use a lactose free milk and cheese. These potatoes are stuffed with bacon, green onions, and smothered with melted pepper jack from Cabot. If pepper jack packs a little too much heat for you, check out the variety of lactose free cheeses in the Cabot faq's page.
